Update about Isaac Brown
An email from Grandpa Sky says that Isaac passed through the nails he swallowed with no apparent problem. That's indeed good news!

Sunday Notes - June 28
Happy Birthday to Kirk Garrison and LetaPollock!
Isaac Brown swallowed two nails and is being watched carefully as they (hopefully) work their way through. Pray that this matter will take care of itself naturally with no damage.
Pray for Jim & Ruth Lake, that she heals rapidly from her broken arm, and as they prepare to move to a new house.
Pray for John, Trish, and her mother, Hazel. (We're glad Hazel was able to attend services this morning!)
Pray for Karen Hasenoehrl and her family.
Pray for our armed service personnel all over the world, and all for our leaders to make good decisions.
Please pray for Ruth Lake Wilkisonb, Sue Stinemetz, the Castallanos family, and the Carter Daniels family (Debbie & Steve Wilkison)
Please pray for God to be with Joe & Becky Williamson as they travel back from Portland today.
Please keep the Adams family in your prayer -- especially Cati as she has had some major struggles the last couple of weeks (Karla Williamson). Cati had to be taken to the ER Saturday.
Pray for more work opportunities. (Keith Larson)

Sunday Sermon previews
Our sermon topics for Sunday --
Sunday morning -- "Heart of Love" What causes married couples to "fall out of love"? This sermon will help us understand that happens because of heart trouble. It isn't a physical ailment, but the kind of trouble that comes from closing your heart to the one you married. There are many reasons why this happens. It may not be easy to repair the damage, but we must try -- for the sake of our marriages. Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m.
Sunday evening -- "Animals You Won't See in Heaven" (#1) ... the first of three sermons about behaviors that dishonor God and can keep us out of heaven. The animals are metaphors used in the Bible to describe these bad behaviors. Tonight's animal is an ox. Come Sunday evening at 6 p.m. to see why "oxen" may not be in heaven.
By the way, keep in mind the Bible classes going on at 9:30 Sunday morning. Women are meeting in the Auditorium while the men are meeting in the Kitchen. Children and teen classes continue on normal schedules.

Update About Karla Williamson's nephew
Karla Williamson's sister gave birth to a son last week in Massachusetts. The baby, Shane, has some problems with his heart and may face surgery if the issues don't correct themselves. Karla sent this updated prayer request:
Lisa just called and said the echocardiogram showed a small closure on the valve but not enough. They will keep him til Wednesday and do another echocardiogram that day. We need to have many praying for complete closure of the valve. Thank you sooooo much, Karla
