October 26 Prayer Requests and News

PRAYER REQUESTS:  
My wife is now 12 weeks pregnant and we would like the church to pray for us as well as our unborn child. (Jonathan Natal)   Jonathan and Shari are both home with a bad cold toeay (Candy Hobbs).

Pray for all the missionaries at home and abroad.  (Lydia)

Please pray for my Grandma Jones.  And please pray for Mr. Rentz. Thank you (Evelyn)

Prayers to keep my wife Jadis safe in her travels and while she is alone working in Wenatchee.  Also my brother, Ron, who is very ill with pneumonia.  (Lonnie)

Please keep Andrew in your prayers. He's not making good choices and is in trouble (Jake).

We are leaving this Wednesday for Lubbock, TX.; and then on to the Bahamas Mondeay. Please pray that we'll have a safe, glitch-free trip!  (Jeanie Young)

Prayers for my sister Marilyn in Dallas who was just diagnosed with colon cancer.  The doctor said she may not live past Christmas. (Wanda Sell)

Prayers for Kailin Sell.  She has two kinds of cancer and will start chemo in two weeks.  She is my granddaughter.  (Wanda Sell)

Please pray for Rentz as he's feeling real sick since his last chemo treatment on Thursday.  Allen is staying with him to care for his needs.  Also please pray for our son, Andrew.  He's not doing well.  (Judy)

Prayers for Brian's employment situation, for Trevor who is juggling home repairs, job, and school, and for Danny Hasenoehrl who is out on his own and doing well, but needs prayers to continue his walk with God without his mom prodding him along as much.

Bud, my brother, suffered two strokes this weekend.  Please pray for him, his wife, and family at this time.  (Helen)

Pray for Jim White and his crazy work schedule -- that it will settle down, and he will get to rest more.

Please pray for the families in Marysville.  Please pray specifically for the family of the young man who was the shooter and the young girl who died.  Also for those four young people who were severely injured, for their complete recovery.

Prayers for Vivian as we try some new medications, for Leta, Brian, Wanda, and Shari, and for those hurt in Marysville and those whose actions helped.

Prayers for my Grammy, for my Uncle Robb, for Kevin Cellucci, for Marge Easley, and for Wanda's granddaughter.  (Faith)

Prayers for the Adams family (who are all home sick today), for Wanda's granddaughter and siter, for Laura's upcoming test (November 2nd), for Rentz, and for Rodney's sister, Tam, who had an emergency appendectomy.

Prayers for Joseph because he has a cold, and for the church family.

NOTES

• Woodinville Youth Rally is the weekend of November 7-9.  If you are ages 6th grade - high school, see Millissa to reserve your seat in the van.
• Portal Way Church of Christ (Ferndale) is hosting a Ladies Day on Saturday, November 1.
• Remember November 9 is our Back to Church Sunday and will also the time when we take up a special collection for orphans.  (It is also the regular time for our 2nd Sunday potluck lunch).
