• From Karla Williamson: "Prayers for fun ans safety for Joe, Becky, and Joseph as they are in Oregon until Tuesday.  Prayers for the school year for everybody.  Thanks."
• "Please pray for Derek Barcalow.  He says there are no fish and he is between two quarrelsome coworkers."
• "Please pray for the kids returning to school.  Especially those going to public school."

Wednesday Night Prayer Requests - August 28

• Praise that ANDREW ADAMS arrived safely in China.
• ANN DALE has been having trouble walking and is in lots of pain. Pray for her to have peace and healing.
• Laura White asked prayers for her nephew LESTER for his long-term healing and for the health of a new baby who is on the way.
• TRISH GAINES is coming home Sunday after caring for her brother for the last seven weeks. She has not been well herself this week. Pray for her to be well physically and emotionally.
• There was a shooting on campus this week at FAULKNER UNIVERSITY. No students were involved directly, but pray for peace and comfort for the students and for the campus worker who was shot.
• ALMA JONES will be transitioning to live with Joe and Becky Williamson. Pray for things to go smoothly and for Becky's sister as she helps short-term with Alma's care.
• Laura's brother LARRY pulled a muscle in his heart. Praise that it was not a heart attack as first thought, and prayers for his quick healing.
• KARLA WILLIAMSON asked prayers for her nephew SHANE for health problems, for her dad DAN to get more stable in his condition with Parkinson's and for Karla to have relief from back pain.
• For "MISS OPIE" who is having health concerns.
• For JOSEPH's cold to get better
• And for "ALL THOSE WHO ARE SICK"

We may not know all the details behind these prayer requests, but the Lord does. Please remember each of these people by name as you go to the Lord in your personal prayers.

• Prayers for Ken Pearson to heal quickly. He went home from the hospital Friday.

• From John Gaines - "Please continue to pray for Gary Holden, Trish Gaines' brother who has terminal cancer. Also remember Trish as she cares for him in Florida."
• From Jeanie Young - "Our son-in-law Tom's father passed away the 11th. Tim's mother Sharon just had a back operation -- please keep her and the Pockrandt family in your prayers. And praisde God that we had a wonderful trip to Lubbock, TX, to play with our granddaughter, Ella."

Wednesday Prayer Requests - July 17

Here are some of the prayer requests from last night:

• Rentz asked prayers for his daughter Ellen's friend whose husband, Eric, is battling cancer. 
• Please continue to remember Ruth Lake and Jim Wilkison in your prayers. Ruth Lake was expected to be released from the hospital Wednesday. No one present Wednesday had any information about which care facility she will be living in.
• Trish Gaines' brother, Gary Holden, is battling cancer in Florida.  Trish is staying with him and caring for him for the time being.
• Ken Pearson is recovering from heart surgery. He is in the VA Hospital in Portland.
• Continue to remember Marge Easley as she deals with various age-related problems.

July 14 Notes

• Ruth Lake Wilkison was admitted to the hospital in Anacortes this morning after experiencing a panic attack. She has had some trouble adjusting to her new care home environment.  Please keep her, Jim, and all the rest of their family in your prayers.
• Please pray for Trish Gaines as she spends a while with her brother, who is under hospice care as he fights cancer. Pray for her to be successful in influencing him for Christ.
• Kenny Pearson is improving after having major heart surgery at the VA Hospital in Portland.
