Sunday Notes

Thanks to everyone who helped with the Second Sunday Potluck after services this morning. As always, we enjoyed plenty of delicious food.

We had 80 present this morning, with at least 12 known to be away at the Woodinville youth rally. Listed as sick on the attendance report were: Betsy & Trevor Hasenoehrl and Elmer & Martha Juntenen. Listed as working today were: Jud Hobbs and Roger Todd. Known to be out of town were Jeanie Young and Joe & Becky Williamson.

Over the next several weeks, we will be collecting food to deliver to the Helping Hands Food Bank in Sedro-Woolley. Sunday, November 23rd will be the final day we collect food and we'll take it to the food bank before Thanksgiving. A list of requested food items will be available soon. If you have any questions, please contact Rodney or Karee Blunt.

Prayer Requests:

  • Pray for safety for Roger and Jeanie Young (who are in the Bahamas). A big hurricane may be coming through the area where they are now.
  • Pray for Cathi Adams to have a good report on her health problems
  • Pray for the Juntenens and all of our ill.
  • Pray for Trish Gaines' mother, Hazel Holden and her brother who is caring for Hazel.
  • Pray for Karla Williamson's sister that she may have love and wisdom as she deals with some friends who are struggling spiritually. Their names are Kathy, Jeannie, and John.
  • Pray for Darren Williamson to get a great job in the Portland area. He teaches at Cascade College which is closing after the spring semester.
  • Pray for safe travel for Joe and Becky Williamson as they return from California Monday night.
  • Pray for the home school moms (as well as all our students, in homeschool, public school, and college).
